It's Easy Being Green

It seems like going green is the thing to do these days, and former Henry's executive chef Joey Giannuzzi is jumping on the bandwagon. Giannuzzi's Green Gourmet is opening today in Delray Beach, offering an all-organic menu for lunch and dinner. Expect a nice selection of healthy sandwiches, fresh salads and entrees like whole wheat pasta, Irish organic salmon and grilled chicken paillard.
We're getting hungry just thinking about it.
