Sometimes, even the best-laid wedding plans go right in the toilet. But as the winners of a recent competition in Boca proved, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Boca Raton Bridal (3591 N. Federal Highway) played final judge at the seventh annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest, the brainchild of cheap-chic-weddings.com, and the winning designs were truly something to behold.

Susan Brennan from Orchard Lake, Mich., took home the top prize of $1,000 with her nature-inspired entry that incorporated flowers, feathers and pleats. Brennan needed four rolls of toilet paper (with the help of hot glue and packing tape) to complete her creation. Laura Lee of Milpitas, Calif., finished second and Cynthia Richards of Marietta, Ga., finished third.
