It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner! Have you started your shopping yet? If not, don’t wait until the last minute. Most people who wait to shop end up spending more money than those who plan ahead because they can’t seem to find the gift(s) that satisfies them. They end up buying more to make up for it. Not a wise plan! So, get your lists made of the items you plan to purchase and start your comparison shopping before it’s too late!
Also, now is a really great time to watch the grocery store sales for baking supplies. There are usually great prices on these items and many of them can be stored for quite a while.
Last year as I was reading through some of my favorite money-saving blogs, I found a couple of great articles on Frugality is Free. These are fantastic tips to help your holiday budget so I wanted to share them again.
Now on to some other good stuff:
All You Magazine November 2011 Coupon List – Simply CVS has been kind enough to provide a list of coupons that will be in Walmart’s All You Magazine for November. You can check it out here to see if you want to stop by and pick up a copy. I believe it retails for $2.49 per issue if you buy it at Walmart, but you can get a subscription for $1.66 per issue here. However, I will tell you that sometimes the subscription version has fewer coupons than the newsstand version.
Walmart Deals – If you’re a Walmart shopper, I highly recommend checking out Iheartthemart.comfor the best deals.
