Do you feel like your kids are outgrowing their clothes faster than you can buy them? If so, you’re not alone! I know many people sell their used children’s clothing via online auction sites, yard sales, etc.   But I know more who simply give them away. Don’t get me wrong – I’m all for helping someone else, donating to a good cause, etc. However, oftentimes that can leave you short on cash to buy the replacement items you need.

I was reading Walmart’s All You Magazine recently and found an interesting article about some websites where you can swap kids clothing.  Unfortunately the actual article I read is not in their online magazine that I could find, but there was this article that talks about 10 tips to spend less on kids clothing.  They mention some different websites where you can send in your gently used kids clothing for points which you can then redeem for other items you want. What I really liked is that they determine if the clothing is of good enough quality to pass along or not. It gives me confidence that I would get quality items in return. It certainly seems easy enough and wouldn’t take much effort. If you decide to try one of these, be sure to check out their quality standards before sending items in for credit.

Now for some other good stuff!

All You Magazine March 2012 Coupon List – Deal Seeking Mom has been kind enough to provide a list of coupons that are in Walmart’s All You Magazine for April.  You can check it out here  to see if you want to stop by and pick up a copy. I believe it retails for $2.49 per issue if you buy it at Walmart, but you can get a subscription for $1.66 per issue here.  However, I will tell you that sometimes the subscription version has fewer coupons than the newsstand version.
