Two of South Florida’s best and most exciting young chefs are hitching a ride on the suddenly trendy “pop-up” dinner bandwagon, collaborating on “Sunday Supper” and “Monday Leftovers” meals on May 20 and 21.

Lindsay Autry formerly of the Omphoy resort and TV’s Top Chef fame and Roy Villacrusis of the superlative (and sadly shuttered) Kubo will be preparing five courses based on local ingredients, each to be paired with selected wines, plus a roster of hors d’oeuvres and mixological cocktails.

Despite the high-powered culinary team, the ambiance will be decidedly homey, with communal tables, some family-style dishes and the chance to purchase Autry’s down-home condiments—boiled peanuts, hot sauce and pickles.

The dinners will held at Chef Corp Cook Studio, 3830 Northlake Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $115 per person and can only be obtained at
