Gearing up for the 11th annual Boca Bacchanal in late March, the Boca Raton Historical Society and Museum has released its roster of chefs and vintners for the coming bash.

Among the participating chefs are Paula DaSilva from 1500 Degrees at Miami Beach’s Eden Roc Resort, Eric DiStefano of Geronimo in Santa Fe, Chris Ponte of Café Ponte in Clearwater, and Michelle Weaver of Charleston Grill in Charleston, S.C. Vintners include Luciano Castiello of Castello Banfi and Vigne Regali, Thierry Roset of Champagne Charles Heidsieck, and Rene Schlatter of Merryvale in the Napa Valley.

Tease your palate for the main event (Friday to Sunday, March 22 to 24) with a wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres party on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Things really get serious on the 22nd, date of the posh Bacchus Bash, followed the next day by Vintner’s Dinners at six elegant residences and the day after that the Grand Tasting at the Mizner Park amphitheater. All benefit the society’s Heritage Education and Historic Preservation programs.
