There’s never a dull moment in the local restaurant business, and to prove it, here’s a list of eateries that will soon be setting up shop in our little corner of paradise.
Several places are coming to CityPlace to go along with the soon-to-open big dogs of Brio Tuscan Grille (opening Feb. 21) and Revolutions Bowling, Bar & Grille. Among them: the Brass Tap, a 300-beer brew palace from the Tampa-based chain; Tequila Cowboy Bar & Grill, a casual American café with live entertainment; and Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen, a pub-grubby eatery with live music.
Also on tap are a pair of chain eateries: Buca di Beppo in the Boynton Beach Mall and a new Lindburgers for Wellington. Coming to Delray in the not-too-distant future, just west of I-95 on West Atlantic, is Saltwater Brewery.
Recently opened on Hypoluxo Road in Lake Worth is Stefano’s Pizzeria & Grill, a casual Italian café; on South J Street the newbie is Coastars Coffee Bar. I’ll be back with details on some of these places, and a few others, just as soon as they become available.
