As part of a continuing series of food-wine pairings at her eponymous West Palm wine shop, sommelier Virginia Philip teams up with Pistache and PB Catch chef Julian Gremaud to present a four-course tasting menu this Saturday (Sept. 22) from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Among the pairings to be featuring are white tuna tartare with crispy shiitake mushrooms, pickled cucumber, watermelon and yuzu ponzu dressing with 2011 Tenuta Guado al Tasso “Scalabrone” Rosato and Key lime pie with raspberry coulis with 2008 Cloudy Bay Late Harvest Riesling. Cost is $50 per person.
