Delray Medical Center and the Alliance of Delray will host the third annual Wellness Screening Expo Friday, Feb. 7 at the South County Civic Center from 8 a.m. to noon.

Organizers are providing free health screenings, including blood pressure, body mass index, bone density, heart health, cholesterol and more.

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office will be offering a free, safe way to dispose of unwanted or expired prescription medications with its Operation Pill Drop receptacles. The narcotics division will take in any over-the counter medications, vitamins, ointments, medications for pets and prescriptions that are no longer needed.

Healthcare professionals and pharmacists will also be on-hand to answer questions.
