Mixology Melange
Jewish Association for Residential Care (JARC) recently hosted their first successful Mixology Melange at The Loft at Congress. The unique and successful event was a mix of fun and festivities. The event featured a cocktail reception, delicious appetizers and a mixology competition. Local bartenders competed against each other in a friendly “mix off”. The cocktail concoctions were judged by a panel of experts, including Boca Raton magazine’s own food critic, Bill Citara. Guests were also treated to live entertainment and raffle prizes.
