Serving a duet: The Tropical Martini ($13) has Flor de Cana rum, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, pineapple juice, and a splash of grenadine. Tropical Martini
- 2 ounces Flor de Cana Rum
- 1 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- ½ ounce pineapple juice
- ½ ounce cranberry juice
- ½ ounce orange Juice
- 1 orange wedge (garnish)
- 1 maraschino cherry (garnish)
Directions: In a shaker glass, add rum, maraschino liqueur, and fruit juices. Shake briskly then pour mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh orange wedge and maraschino cherry.
Dragonberry Strawberry Mojito
- 2½ ounces Bacardi Dragonberry Rum
- 1 ounce Real Strawberry Purée
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 3 lime wedges
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Club soda
- 1 strawberry (garnish)
Directions: In a shaker glass, muddle mint leaves and lime wedges. Add rum, strawberry purée, and simple syrup. Shake briskly then pour mixture over ice into a pint glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Italian Mojito
- 2 ounces Oak & Cane Local Rum
- 1 ounce lemon/lime juice
- 1 ounce Aperol
- 2 ounces Prosecco
- 3 lime wedges
- 3 bunches of mint
Shake all ingredients except for prosecco. Pour into mason jar. Top with prosecco.
