Cooler fall weather (or as cool as we can get in South Florida) is bringing us new seasonal flavors, and 1000 North is celebrating with its new menu.
With a variety of international influences, you can look forward to dishes like caramelized scallops, hamachi tiradito, Korean grouper cheeks and grilled Spanish octopus. For a taste that’s a bit closer to home, try the Maine lobster salad with hearty pieces of lobster in a spicy mango dressing, the stuffed chicken made with sausage and cornbread stuffing and a side of green tomato slaw, the tender wagyu short rib or Marco Island stone crab.
