‘A Night in Alba’ With White Truffle, Wine Dinners in Boca and Fort Lauderdale

There will be three opportunities to dine at the fine Casa D’Angelo Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale venues for “A Night in Alba” featuring white truffle and wine dinners.

The first dinner is Nov. 15 in Fort Lauderdale, as well as a second chance on Dec. 6. For Boca Raton, the dinner is Dec. 11. All three are $195 per person, excluding tax/gratuity and reservations are required.

Starting at 6:30 p.m. with a reception, a four-course dinner follows, with wines from the Marchesi di Barolo estate. Hosted by Owner/Chef Angelo Elia, these focus on wines from the Piedmont region. Dishes include fettuccine & porcini Bechamel pie with white Alba truffle shavings, risotto Piemontese with Stravecchio Reggiano cheese and white truffle shavings and more.
