Celebrating Amazing Women in the SoFla Dining Scene

We love celebrating our talented hospitality community, so in honor of Women’s History Month we’re spotlighting a selection of incredible ladies with a three-part series. This week’s extraordinary humans are breaking down barriers in the industry, launching their own brands and always delivery quality meals that delight our palates.

Camille Martin – Chef, Le Bilboquet

The New York outpost may be new to the island, but you’ll find its signature dishes and a few new takes on the menu thanks to Chef Martin. Originally from Normandy, Camille has been passionate about cooking all her life. As the group’s Executive Chef, she’s the first woman to head the team at Le Bilboquet, which was founded by Philippe Delgrange and has several locations throughout the country.
