If you’re looking to level up your cooking game, these local restaurants are opening their kitchens just to help you out.
Prezzo is hosting pizza and pasta making classes from now until February. The pizza classes are hosted the first Saturday of the month at both its Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens locations. A $25 ticket to this family-friendly class includes a personalized pizza, salad, pasta buffet and a soft drink. If you’re more of a pasta person and willing to travel north (its Boca location is sold out), then you can learn the perfect pasta making technique every first Sunday of the month. The $35 class includes a bag of your homemade pasta to go plus a pasta sampling you can enjoy during class.

For a hands-on sushi or pad Thai making class, head over to Eat District. The immersive experience includes welcome appetizers, a sake tasting and dessert, plus the class of course. Both are $59 each, and the class dates are as follows:
