The Boca Raton Regional Hospital Ball is the most anticipated event of the season—year after year! It will be held on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, at The Boca Raton. The upcoming Hospital Ball’s entertainment will feature multi-platinum lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the GRAMMY Award-winning band Hootie & the Blowfish, Darius Rucker! Having sold more than 25 million albums with Hootie and the Blowfish, Rucker is now making waves in the country music scene. Since releasing his first country album in 2008, Rucker has earned a whole new legion of fans with four No. 1 albums on the Billboard Country chart, including RIAA Platinum-certified “Learn to Live” and “True Believers,” plus 10 No. 1 country singles and 11 Gold, Platinum, or multi-Platinum certified hits. Rucker was inducted as a Grand Ole Opry member in 2012 and in 2014 he won his third career GRAMMY Award for Best Solo Country Performance with his Diamond-certified (11x Platinum) version of “Wagon Wheel,” one of the top five best-selling country songs of all time.
Proceeds from the black-tie event will expand and enhance patient care services at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. The upcoming 61st Annual Hospital Ball will be chaired by Amy and Mike Kazma and will recognize honorary chairs Christine E.
