Slow Food Miami Returns

Slow Food Miami returns on Thursday, April 11, celebrating sustainability and local sourcing in our community. Back for its 13th year, this tasting walk-around event honors several chefs who embody this mission of supporting local farms and educating future generations on its importance. The 2024 honorees include Tristen Epps of Ocean Social; Niven Patel of ERBA; David Myers of ADRIFT Mare; Josh Hackler & Pili Restrepo of Los Felix and Krus Kitchen; Laurie Landgrebe of Laurie’s Pantry; Evan Burgess & Osmel Gonzalez of EntreNos Miami; Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House; Emil Hristov of Domaselo, Alex Meyer & Luciana Giangrandi of Boia De and Valeria Alvarez of Peel Soft Serve.
