Find your flow and practice positive mental and physical health habits in honor of Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 11. Start your morning on the hotel’s SkyLawn with Strawberry Full Moon Yoga led by Papa Guru Nicolay Del Salto at 9AM for a one-of-a-kind yoga flow class and peaceful musical meditation experience by Emilia Garth, plus goodies and swag from MedMed Florida, MasFlan, RawJūce and JustBlazed. Inhale the positive energy as well as sweet sounds, breathing exercises and dancing while taking in the view of Downtown Miami and the Bay. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat; juice and other goodies will be offered to all guests. Admission is $25 and free for InterContinental hotel guests. Attendees will also experience “Wellness for your Skin” a complimentary Elemis skin analysis hosted by mySpa.
