As the former head of Luksus – a seasonal tasting menu restaurant known for being the first to earn a Michelin star serving only beer for pairing with its food – and current owner of tørst, a popular craft beer bar in Brooklyn, Chef Burns is sure to add a hoppy explosion of flavor to the dishes at Pao.
