Sip, savor and celebrate summer with JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa’s local monthly beer dinner series Crafted by Corsair located at Corsair Kitchen & Bar in the restaurant’s elegant and sophisticated private dining room.   The fifth dinner of the series takes place on Thursday, July 7, 2022, and will include pours from Funky Buddha Brewery, a large craft brewery and taproom located in Oakland Park, providing brews that create an experience, with its nontraditional and creative take on ales and craft beers.   Each pour will complement each course of the 4-course menu crafted by Corsair Kitchen & Bar’s Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Derrick Connor. The unforgettable night kicks off with a Floridian Mule Welcome Cocktail.   For the first course, guests can enjoy Ahi Tuna Noodles with avocado, sesame, radish, rice cracker, Soya and sea salt, paired with Fire in the Hole, a Red Ale with hints of raspberry and habanero. The evening continues with Compressed Melon Salad featuring honey dew, cantaloupe, watermelon, burrata, filetto, honey citronette and topped with micro greens, paired with La Calina, a NE Style IPA. The third course will feature Banana Leaf Mango Chicken with coconut rice, roasted peppers, blistered tomatoes and cilantro, paired with Gloves Off IPA, a Red IPA. The feast concludes with Maple Cinnamon Rolls, including vanilla glaze, golden raisins, candied bacon and topped with mint, paired with Maple Bacon Coffee Porter.   The next scheduled dinner in the series will take place on August 4, 2022.
