Earth Day Yoga on the Beach

Enjoy all of mother earth’s elements for a special Earth Day yoga class on the beach. This will be an all-levels vinyasa flow. (Beginner-friendly). Bask in the sun or enjoy a shady spot under the palm trees. Everyone is welcome, so spread the word and feel free to bring friends & family!
This is a donation-based class. For this special event, a $10 donation includes ready-to-plant seed to grow at home and a raffle ticket to win intention-based reiki infused BuddhaBellies pants. Following the flow, I will provide ready to plant seeds for a special earth day-inspired activity. BYOP (Bring your own pot) to plant your seed with fellow yogis or take your seed home for later.
Class will be at Pompano Beach. Take Atlantic Blvd East past A1A all the way down and you will come directly in front of the lawn where we will be (Across from Briny Irish Pub). Please plan accordingly for metered parking.
