Celebrate Under the Moonlight at The Atlantic Hotel & Spa’s 5th floor Oceanfront Terrace on Friday, March 6th

o The Full Moon Dinner Party will include a 4-course prix-fixe dinner menu provided by the hotel’s signature restaurant, Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery, music entertainment from house DJ, and a fire dancer performance.

o Menu includes:

o 1st course:

o Buffalo Cauliflower Drumettes | Flash Roasted Asparagus with Avocado Ranch Sauce

o 2nd course:

o Watermelon Arugula Salad| Chopped Blackened Shrimp, Cherry Tomato, Lime Vinaigrette Drizzle

o 3rd course:

o Surf N Turf | Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp with Honey Glaze and Chili Lime Glaze | Rolled Stuffed Chicken Thighs with Sherry Port Wine | Red Bliss Mashed Potato | Avocado Smash

o Roasted Veggie Bowl (Vegetarian Option) | Roasted Squash with Shiitake Mushrooms, Seasonal Vegetables, Roasted Peppers and Tomato Sauce

o 4th course:

o Warm Chocolate Bread Pudding with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

o Complimentary admission to the 5th floor Oceanfront Terrace and SKY Bar will be available for guests who would like to attend to enjoy the view. Valet Parking will be available to Full Moon Dinner Party guests at a discounted rate of $5.
