In celebration of its 61st year, Hôpital Albert Schweitzer Haiti (HAS) will hold its annual gala on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Sailfish Club of Florida HAS, established in 1956 by Dr. Larry and Gwen Mellon, comprises a 131-bed hospital, 4 community health centers, and 6 nutrition centers. Serving more than 350,000 people, the community-based healthcare and health education programs have been models for community healthcare services in challenged environments around the world. The the event will be co-chaired by Palm Beach residents Louise Stephaich, Tom Quick and Anna Mann. The event begins at 7 p.m. and tickets are $500.  The event is produced by ZEvent Co. in Palm Beach.
