A blend of dance and fitness designed to get your heart rate up while you get down to your favorite jams. Then move into strengthening and tightening your core through targeted moves designed to build a stronger you! Finish off with a cool down to feel your best.

Join this high-intensity blend of yoga, strength training, and cardio. Designed for you to be dripping sweat, feeling fit, and burning fat long after the workout ends. FLOW. SCULPT. BURN.

The Burn Series & RLG Flow | 60 minutes
An interval style workout created to tighten and tone your entire body and leave you feeling the ultimate burn. During the second portion of the class, increase your flexibility, improve your balance and build strength as you flow in a fun atmosphere.
$40 per person per class. All classes include a day pass to enjoy the thermal experience, Rooftop Pool (adults-only), gym and locker room access.
