In honor of this ancient spirit, join The Apothecary 330 in celebration of World Chartreuse Day on Tuesday, May 16th.

The Apothecary 330 will be commemorating the passage of the famous recipe with $5.16 deals of botanical drink concoctions and culinary pairings by Chef Tara Adams.

A French liquor handed down by the Carthusian Monks in 1605, Chartreuse is a mixed herbal green cocktail aged with 130 herbs, plants and flowers.
