The Root Session is the first of seven Chakras The Underline will explore in 2020. Located at the base of the spine, the root Chakra is the center of foundation and safety.

Event host Brickell City Centre invites you to stay and enjoy the Centre after the class, and will offer a 50% parking discount. Registration opens at 9:30 AM for the 10 AM session. All ages and levels are welcome to participate.
