In the last 3 years, we went from working like mad dogs to being in quarantine - and now we are back to the workplace! We were accustomed to one way of life, until everything was turned upside down. Our work and home-lives suddenly blended together in a way we did not expect, and the way we behave and communicate with others was altered. It seems the shift between our work-life and our home-life couldn't exist as it once did. Our commanding work attitude might suddenly have been present at home and emotions saved for home might have been present at work. How has this adjustment been for you? How did you handle colleagues, spouse, and family relationships? Did you feel work and home were blending together in a way you did not intend? All of these questions and more will be addressed in this Work-Home Shift Event. In this seminar we will discuss: • Defining the experience you wish to have in different environments • Identifying ways/resources to optimize a work - home balance • Tools for transitioning from work to home, and from home to work • Different communication styles at work versus home
