Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant, a Tampa-based chain of Spanish eateries run by part-time Tampa and Toronto resident Phillip Orsino, will renovate the Federal Highway space and reopen in November as the sixth Ceviche eatery, known for its selection of more than 100 Spanish small plates.

Along with such classic Spanish tapas as albondigas (veal, chorizo and pork meatballs in tomato sauce), patatas bravas (fried potatoes in spicy aioli) and salt cod croquettes (many of which can also be had in full entrée portion), the menu will include a variety of salads, paellas and, of course, ceviches.
