Starting today, monthly Food Truck Fridays will be featured at various parks throughout Boca Raton. It’s a chance to be outside in this fab weather and try some new dishes and some favorites.
The first Friday of the month, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the food trucks will gather, along with some live music. Here’s the schedule and which trucks will be where. I highly recommend the Red Zeppelin Lobster Rolls!
March 1, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Sanborn Square, 72 N. Federal Highway, with music by Fireside Prophets. Trucks include Red Zeppelin lobster rolls, Tucker Duke’s gourmet burgers, Monkelicious’ bao buns, Best French Fries and Dough Doughs Donuts.
April 5, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wildflower Park, 551 E. Palmetto Park Road, with music by Jakob Takos. Food trucks include: Chef O’s Jerk Truck, Melted Madness grilled cheese, Cheffrey Eats, PS561 hot dogs, Reggae Beets vegan and Kona Ice.
May 3, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Countess DeHoernle Park, 1000 NW Spanish River Blvd., with music by One-Woman Jam Band, Victoria Cardona. Food trucks include: Taco Inn, Empanada Top, Churrasco Grill, Las Mexicanas, Tacos Veracruz, Tikiz Ice Cream.
June 7, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., University Woodlands Park, 2501 St. Andrews Blvd., with music by Soulful Young Vocalist, Alexandra Pasitoniu. Food trucks include: Chick-Fil-A, Curbside Gourmet, TMI, Giuseppe Sausage, Opita Gyros, That Vegan Truck, Tikiz Ice Cream.
