Wine, food event benefits MSD families
A wine and food fundraiser for the victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting is scheduled for April 8 at the Parkland Golf & Country Club. There will be more than 20 food, wine and craft beer stations, along with entertainment and a large silent auction.
Among the food vendors will be I Heart Mac & Cheese’s Parkland location (lobster mac & cheese pictured), which employs many students from the school. The proceeds benefit the Broward Education Foundation, which is raising money for the victims’ families and survivors. The event is open to those 18 years old and older and can be purchased here.
