This Private School Graduated Some of the Top Seniors in Boca

When it comes to student successes in Boca Raton this year, Grandview Preparatory School can boast many. From New York University and Parsons School of Design in the Northeast to Emory and Clemson University in the South, members of Grandview’s graduating class of 2022 are spreading their wings with plans to earn top college and university degrees around the country.

Grandview Preparatory School, located in east Boca, is a small, diverse community committed to the philosophy that education is a personal endeavor. Grandview pairs timeless ethics with modern thought and personal attention with global consciousness while preparing students for college and life beyond.

2022 Valedictorian, Megan Enriquez, has been recognized nationally for her robotics prowess and will be attending Rice University in the fall. She had valuable advice for her fellow graduates encouraging them to reach out selflessly, be themselves and “keep it simple, silly!” Enriquez was also the recipient of Grandview’s most prestigious community honor this year: The Gene & Carolyn Ehlers Carpe Diem Award.

Salutatorian and Class 1A Tennis State Championship Runner-up, Madeleine MacNeille, will be attending the University of California at San Diego. She reminded her classmates to “learn to find happiness in what it takes to get to the finish line because from my experience, you’ll spend 99% of your time trying to get there, and if you are lucky, ONLY if you are lucky, will you get to spend 1% of your time basking in your glory.”

Several Grandview students committed to athletics on the collegiate level for next year such as Poonypat Nantsupawat for Division 1 Golf at Towson University. He also received Grandview’s highest Athletic Honor along with MacNeille: The Pride Award.
