The 8th annual ABC Supply Roofclaim.com Boca Raton Bowl’s Great Chefs Tailgate Showcase returns on Nov. 8. Hosted indoors this year in the Boca Raton Innovation Campus’ new food hall, the event brings more than 25 local chefs together to spotlight their best takes on classic tailgating dishes. Chefs will compete in front of a panel of food media and influencers to win bragging rights. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite college colors, logos or jerseys to stay on theme.
Participating restaurants include Crazy Uncle Mike’s, Kapow Noodle Bar, The Boca Raton, Ramen Lab Eatery and The Melting Pot. Guests can also look forward to chilled drinks by Barrel of Monk Brewing, Cover, Brewery, Deep Eddy Vodka, and Prosperity Brewers. Proceeds will benefit the Spirit of Giving’s annual holiday drive.
