Henry’s, Pavilion Grille Offering Passover Dinners

Celebrate Passover by leaving the cooking and cleaning to others as a pair of local restaurants roll out special Passover menus.

At Henry’s (16850 Jog Rd., 561/638-1949) in Delray Beach, chef Adam Brown is preparing a four-course meal beginning at $36.95 per person, depending on entrée selected, which includes a traditional Cedar plate for each table. It will be offered on Monday, April 18, starting at 5 p.m.

Dinner kicks off with matzoh ball soup, then move on to a choice of appetizers (gefilte fish or chopped chicken liver), entrees (apricot-glazed half-chicken, brisket with potato pancakes, horseradish and matzoh-crusted salmon), and dessert (cranberry-apple crisp or dried fruit compote with raspberry sorbet).

At Pavilion Grille (301 Yamato Rd., Boca Raton, 561/912-0000), the Passover menu will be available beginning at 6 p.m. from Tuesday, April 19, to Friday, April 22, along with the restaurant’s regular bistro menu. Cost is $25 per person.

The meal includes a glass of house wine, cup of matzoh ball soup and house salad, then a choice of braised brisket, spice and herb-roasted half-chicken or salmon with orange-ginger beurre blanc, selection of desserts and coffee or tea.
