Not really, but there are a bunch of new dishes for summer at WPB’s Grease Burger Bar (213 Clematis St., 561/651-1075), which has added Beer & Whiskey to its moniker. There are Asian-style chopped chicken and classic Cobb salads, an open-face turkey melt, gorgonzola fries with mushroom gravy and salted caramel pretzel brownie. There are even a couple of healthy(!) offerings, like roasted chicken pita. And, of course, there are a couple of new burgers, an all-organic patty of grass-fed, free-range beef and the Brinkman Burger, with deep-fried bacon, grilled onions, Sriracha mayo and more.

And speaking of burgers, E&J’s Sandwich Shop (814 E. Atlantic Ave., 561/272-8049) is now offering ‘em. You can DIY a patty or choose from such house creations as the Tybee (slaw, thousand-island dressing and cheese) or the Sloppy Moe (bacon, sautéed onion, slaw, thousand-island and Cheese Whiz). The E&J’s folks also have a couple happy hour specials every day from 3 to 6 p.m. Buy one hoagie and get free chips and a drink or buy two hoagies and get a third for free. Can’t beat those prices.

Up in Palm Beach Gardens, Cantina Laredo (4635 PGA Blvd., 561/561/622-1223) is rolling out some new dishes at lunch and dinner. There are crab and goat cheese quesadillas with mango-ginger salsa, cornmeal pita sammies with seasoned ground beef and nopalitos, and the very tasty sounding torta de carnitas, a baked sandwich filled with slow-roasted pork, fried egg, apricot spread and goat cheese. Olé!
