Le Colonial Debuts New Dishes

Delray’s newest French-Vietnamese restaurant has added a few more items to its menu. The tropical oasis, where you are effortlessly transported to the other side of the world, is inviting guests to come into its elegant dining room and lounge for lunch and dinner to try its new beet salad, banh cuon (chicken and mushroom ravioli), goi bo (spicy beef carpaccio salad) and ga nuong xa (roasted half lemongrass chicken). Also, the bun thit nuong (pork noodle bowl) and banh xèo (crispy, savory Vietnamese crepes) are new but only available for lunch.
