Chef Massimo Bottura Returns to Miami

The ultra-luxe, ultra-exclusive culinary experience, Once Upon a Kitchen, is back this year as part of the collection of F1 events descending onto Miami’s seashore the first weekend of May. 

Curated by GR8 Experience and hosted by the W South Beach, this immersive six-course dinner on Saturday, May 4, shouldn’t be missed. Bottura and his three Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana team are teaming up with lauded chef Virgilio Martinez. Martinez’s British restaurant, Lima, garnered a Michelin star several years ago, and his Central Restaurante in Lima, Peru, has also received much acclaim. 

The interactive evening will invite guests to chat with the chefs, learn their stories and truly get to know them. To add another layer of excitement to the evening, the hotel’s ballroom will transcend its South Beach location and transport guests throughout the world with the help of 360-degree video mapping projections.

Tickets for this intimate dinner are $2,500 and can be purchased via Resy.
