“Does this table ever end?”

That was the rhetorical question of the night last Thursday at Savor the Avenue, especially for those sitting at opposite ends of a table that stretched as far as the eye could see—and then some—down the middle of Atlantic Avenue. It was a record evening for the fourth annual event, hosted by Boca Raton and Delray Beach magazines, with more than 1,000 guests dining at a table that ran from Swinton Avenue all the way down to U.S. 1. The 18 participating restaurants were booked to capacity, some hosting as many as 70 diners in their section. A portion of the proceeds ($5 from each reservation) will benefit Office Depot Foundation.

Our cameras captured the evening in all its epicurean splendor—so stay tuned for a full photo gallery as well as a video of Savor—coming soon tobocamag.com.

In the meantime, we want to hear from you. Tell us what you thought about this year’s event—from the food and wine to the creative table dressings and informal modeling show.
