Now that bourbon, rye (not the bread!), gin, rum, Scotch and tequila are making a huge comeback on the cocktail scene, here’s a chance to try them in small quantities. Nitrogen Bar, Grill & Sushi (6779 W. Indiantown Road, Jupiter; 561/972-2944) is featuring six flights, of three 1-ounce tasting carafes each, for $19-$28, depending on the spirits you choose. So the rum flight, for instance, could have Hamilton’s Jamaican Pot Still Gold, Demerara and Saint Lucia Pot Still 9 Year (that flight is $19), and it will take you on a Caribbean rum tour. Groups are welcome. Go on a tasting flight adventure!
