White truffle with foie gras, black truffle red wine sauce, white truffle-infused boniato fritters with blackberry truffle red wine emulsion, and whipped truffle honey. Truffle enough? Absolutely not!
Those are some of the tastes you’ll find at Meat Market Palm Beach’s Sept. 28 four-course Wine and Truffles dinner. Part of the popular Summer Wine Dinner Series, this is $150 per person, and starts at 7 p.m. with a reception, then dinner at 7:30 p.m.
With the truffles will be wahoo, Wagyu sirloin, chocolate sorbet and all of it created by chef/co-owner Sean Brasel. Just the thought of the nose on the wines (Inglenook Blancaneaux, Cab Sauv, Rubicon Meritage, Reserve Syrah) and the smell of the truffles… well, time for a trip to this steakhouse, at 191 Bradley Place, Palm Beach.
