Monkey Mixer: A Lot of Cocktail Will Be Hitting the Streets Soon

What can take 2,400 gallons of blended malt Scotch whisky and pour cocktails on the go? The Monkey Mixer, of course.

Yet another vehicle-turned-cocktail-shaker (Hendricks gin had a wacky cucumber garnisher on wheels last year) hits South Florida in the next two weeks, with four appearances in Palm Beach County. Not unlike the holidays, this former cement mixer is big, shiny and can make you feel better. Monkey Shoulder whisky is sending the truck on the road to pour the “Mixed Up Monkey” drink from Nov. 21 to Dec. 15.

Here’s where the Monkey Mixer will stop in PBC:

  • Nov. 28, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Driftwood, 2005 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach
  • Dec. 5, 6 to 8 p.m., Miracle on Rosemary by Death or Glory, CityPlace, 550 S. Rosemary Ave., West Palm Beach
  • Dec. 10, 6 to 8 p.m., Miracle in Delray at Death or Glory, 116 NE Sixth Ave., Delray Beach
  • Dec. 15, 6 to 8 p.m., at Sweetwater, 1507 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach
