Find out the true meaning of “farm-to-table” at this exclusive two-night event that’s taking place at Holman’s Harvest Farm in Loxahatchee Groves on Friday, January 14 and Saturday, January 15.
The family-owned farm will host two celebrated chefs–Jason Weiner on the 14th and Niven Patel on the 15th for an unforgettable evening of dining under the stars. Weiner is the chef and co-owner of Palm Beach’s Almond while Patel is the owner of Miami restaurants Orno, Mamey and Ghee. Both chefs will create a multi-course meal made from the farm’s produce, and Patel will also be bringing in a few special items from his own farm in Homestead.
