Palm Beach Meats’ Newest Culinary Roster

The famed wagyu butcher shop, which hosts weekly popup dinners created by talented chef Emerson Frisbie, has curated several new offerings for its hungry patrons. 

Tonight, Feb. 24 and tomorrow, Feb. 25

Indulge in a traditional Japanese dinner. Menu is listed below and is priced at $175/person. Purchase tickets here.

Gyoza: ground pork, ground beef, napa, Chinese chives, dried shiitake, garlic 

Masa Dare: Miso, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, scallion, 

Chrysanthemum Salad: greens, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger 

Yamaimo Yuzu Ae: Chinese yum, yuzu kosho, shio kombu 

Goma Ae: Seasonal greens, sesame seeds

Chawan Mushi: eggs, dashi, seafood 

Donburi: rice, fish, meat, vegetables 

Tamago Kake Gohan: eggs, cod roe, soy sauce

Matsuzaka Japanese wagyu hot roasted beef sandwich from Palm Beach Meats

For one afternoon only, the shop is selling its version of an Italian beef sandwich. The pricey Matsuzaka Japanese wagyu hot roasted beef sandwich will be sold for $38 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Only 30 lucky diners will be able to enjoy this dish created with one of the most expensive beefs available. 

Sunday Supper Series

Get rid of the Sunday scaries with a decadent meal. The weekly five-course dinner hosted Sundays from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. will welcome a roster of local chefs. Upcoming talent includes:

Feb. 26 – Chef Tasha, Middle Eastern (tickets are $130 and can be purchased here)

March 12 – Chef Dan Ramos, farm to table dinner

March 19 – Chef Isaac Hersh, a Jewish deli fine dining experience with live strings music

March 26 – Stepdad’s Pizza hosts a casual pizza party for Palm Beach Meats Co-founder Eric San Pedro’s birthday with cocktails, mocktails and sangria provided by Brett Hart’s popup Pedro’s Fine Wines. 

April 2 – Miami’s popup team, the Yakitoriboyz 305, will be hosting a wagyu inspired supper.

Internationally acclaimed cheesemonger Matt Reilly is hosting a wine and cheese pairing that any cheese lover really shouldn’t miss. Tickets are $55.
