PB Catch Set to Hook Up in Palm Beach

If you want to catch some fresh fish and shellfish from one of our area’s savviest restaurateurs, check in around mid-December for the debut of PB Catch, a casual seafood eatery from Thierry Beaud, whose Pistache bistro on Clematis Street turns out some of the best French cuisine around.

Taking over the Palm Beach spot formerly home to the short-lived 251 Sunrise lounge, PB Catch aims for a neighborhoody feel and a vaguely nautical ambiance, with white leather banquettes and mahogany paneling.

Chef will be Aaron Black, who’s cooked at restaurants from Utah to Washington, D.C. On the menu are expected to be dishes like Maine lobster roll and ahi with pineapple-cucumber slaw and sesame emulsion, as well as various items from raw bar and several non-seafood dishes.

Stick around for more details.
