Richard Haass, the president of the nonpartisan Council on Foreign Relations, will be speaking at the Festival of the Arts Boca on Feb. 26 in his talk “A World in Disarray: Causes, Consequences, Choices.”
Boca magazine managing editor John Thomason interviewed Haass just a few months ago, and we were lucky enough to land a conversation with him once again before the festival.
