Prezzo’s Chicken Meatballs
1 C Breadcrumbs
1 C ½ & ½
½ Bunch Italian Parsley
4 eggs
5lb ground chicken
10oz grated parmesan
2t garlic, granulated
2t onion, granulated
¼ C salt
- Gently mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
- Fold to incorporate bread.
- Allow to rest for 20 min before forming into balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes to set.
- Slow cook in a marinara of occur choice until fully cooked; about 30 minutes.
