Rocco’s Tacos Coming to Palm Beach Gardens

If burgers and fries are the 800-pound gorilla of the local dining scene, then tacos and margaritas have got to be the 700-pound beast.

Or at least that’s the way it seems if you’re charting the expansion ofRocco’s Tacos, which quickly morphed from a single party-hearty spot on Clematis Street to Boca Raton and then last month to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.

Now comes word that a fourth Rocco’s is slated to debut this summer in the space once home to Ouzo Blue (which crashed and burned like a cheap bottle rocket) in Palm Beach Gardens.

The latest Rocco’s will also be the biggest, at almost 5,000 square feet, and will no doubt be packin’ ‘em in with its winning combo of inexpensive tacos, tableside guacamole, potent margaritas and lengthy roster of tequilas, all served up in a raucous fiesta atmosphere that says the party starts early and ends late.
