Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The “Sponsor” of the Giveaway is Boca Raton magazine (1000 Clint Moore Road, #103, Boca Raton FL 33487).

WHO MAY ENTER:
Anyone can enter the giveaway however none of the prizes will be mailed, unless otherwise specified, so all winners must pick up the prize at our Boca Raton location or arrange for someone to pick up the prize.

Void where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. Employees of bocamag.com and its parent company and affiliates are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state , provincial and local laws and regulations.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Entry Period begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time December 8, 2014 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time December 12, 2014. For purposes of this Giveaway, a “Day” is defined as 10 a.m. Eastern Time to 10 a.m. Mountain Time the following day.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway entrants must do the following:

2. Fill out the Survey
3. Fill out Name, Email or Phone Number (without this you will not be entered to win as we have no way to contact you)

Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of the Page during the Entry Period including any technical malfunction of any computer, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or review to be received on account of traffic congestion on the internet, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the Giveaway, all of which may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Giveaway.

PRIZES: Depending on the Day entered, each winner shall receive one (1) of the following Prizes

Only the prizes specified above will be awarded. The prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state , provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for loss of any gift card and will not replace any lost prizes. Sponsor makes no representation or warranties concerning the prizes awarded.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone within three (3) Days of the respective drawing. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such winner, the winner shall forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

CLAIMING PRIZE: Winners will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry . As a condition of winning a prize, each winner must claim the prize within ten (10) days of receipt of prize notification. If any correspondence sent by the Sponsor is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
