Run, Sweat and Beers 5K

The Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center, in Boca Raton, is having its Run, Sweat and Beers 5K race Thursday evening, July 21.

The race starts at 7 p.m. and will take runners and walkers through a 3.1-mile course in South County Regional Park (12551 Glades Rd., Boca Raton).

The entry is $25 until July 10 and goes up to $30 until July 20 and $35 race day. Proceeds go to support programs and services provided by the Levis Jewish Community Center.

The entry fee includes more than the professionally timed race and awards for top finishers. The first 700 people to register also get a commemorative shirt and beverage cup. And all participants are invited to a wings and beer party post-race.

The Adolph and Rose Levis Jewish Community Center puts on three running and walking events. Next up: the 8th Annual Turkey Trot 5K run/walk, Thursday, November 24, followed by the 2nd Annual Super Bowl Dash 5K and 10K, Sunday, February 5, 2017.
