Coming back to the Tony Bova fold is chef Yousrey Hosein, who for eight years headed up the kitchen at Bova’s now-shuttered Mario’s Tuscan Grill and is now top toque at the newish Vivo Partenza(1450 N. Federal Hwy., 561/750-2120) in the old Bova Ristorante space just off Glades Road. If you’ve been waiting for the debut of BurgerFi in Delray Beach, you’ll have to wait a few weeks longer. Though the seriously cool-looking sheet metal facade is up at the former Shore spot on South Ocean Drive, the second of a planned 100 upscale burger joints from local dining maven David Manero won’t debut until sometime in August. And if the traffic on Atlantic Avenue and the lack of parking around the restaurant scares you off, don’t despair. A third BurgerFi is slated to open in CityPlace by the end of the year.
