“Start with a beautiful glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Rose champagne – they have an amazing wine list, and many by the glass which I love! The seared scallops appetizer is awesome. It’s served with beef short rib agnolotti and a micro herb salad. Then, for my final course I tried the pappardelle with porcini, with asparagus tips, black truffles in a light cream sauce. To die for.”
